what an absoluteley terrible experience! I found old food in the refrigerator and even a dead roach on the bed. Given the state of the room, I expected a complimentary gesture, but I guess that's just too much to ask! I woudl ve been so pleased to write a good review, but alas, never again!

I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room that looked recently remodeled. The shower was fantastic, and the price was reasonable for what I got. I really appreciated having a microwave and fridge for my leftovers. The room had a fresh feel to it! 😊

Comfortable room, convenient location, with amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning that made my stay pleasant, along with the 24-hour reception ensuring I had assistance whenever I needed it.

Comfortable beds and good price

Our stay was quite enjoyable thanks to the comfortable beds that helped us sleep soundly. We appreciated the decent breakfast options, though it could be a bit limited. The internet connectivity fluctuated, which was a bit frustrating at times, but overall, for the price we paid, it felt like a great deal.

We enjoyed our stay with our two girls. The location offers easy access to the local market and the Houston Yacht Club. The room was spacious and reasonably priced, and we appreciated its proximity to fun activities nearby.

My wife says that the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing.

I stayed in the King Room, and it looked pretty freshly remodeled. The shower was a highlight for sure! But the bathroom could've used a deeper clean—there were some cleanliness issues. Overall, it did the trick for a one-night stay, though!

Recommending it for couples seeking a budget stay

Had a king room, which was decently priced, and honestly, the shower was REALLY fantastic! Some of those little details, like the microwave and fridge. I was able to heat up leftover food easily, so it felt good, you know, not wasteful.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but for what I got, I can't really complain.

It was just a solid selection for strolling in La Porte with real value for money. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for such an affordable price. Bring some earplugs due to the noise from the nearby freeway.
